Supply chain management
Our global supply chain consists of more than 750 electrical and mechanical suppliers who manufacture components used in our the products we assemble.
We take a structured and strategic approach to supplier managements, one that strengthens performance, nurtures close partnerships, unlocks new business opportunities, and streamlines operations to reduce complexity and cost.
Digital Sourcing Platform
Suppliers can engage with KK Group through our digital sourcing platform, enabling smoother and more efficient collaboration across purchasing, invoicing, contract negotiations, and more.
We use Keelvar as our digital sourcing platform. It provides a transparent and user-friendly way to manage sourcing events such as RFIs, RFPs, and eAuctions. When a sourcing event is launched, participating suppliers will receive an invitation and can respond directly within the system. We always reach out to suppliers before inviting them to any event in Keelvar.
Responsibility
All suppliers must comply with KK Group’s Supplier Code of Conduct. At the same time, we aim to draw on our suppliers’ detailed product knowledge to gain better insight into environmental and social considerations across our tier one supply base.
With strong foundations in place, we see significant potential for enhanced collaboration and supplier-driven innovation. Through our long-standing supplier audit programme will continue to encourage the wind industry to work toward shared audit frameworks and criteria, an important step in industrialising and standardising manufacturing.
