Recruitment Process

A simple and transparent recruitment process designed to create a clear and positive candidate experience.

Simple and secure process

Once you’ve found a position that fits your skills and ambitions, submit your CV and application through our online system. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after.

After reviewing all applications, we shortlist qualified candidates — some may be invited to a brief video or phone screening. All applicants are informed of the outcome.

If you’re invited to an interview, we already see you as a strong candidate. The discussion with the hiring manager and HR focuses on openness, collaboration, and mutual fit, and may include a personal assessment.

When you accept an offer, your onboarding journey begins. You’ll receive all the resources and support you need — including a dedicated buddy — to ensure you feel welcome and ready from day one.
