Breakthrough cooling technology

With its hybrid construction that integrates tube plates, bars and a unique turbulator pattern, AluXstream achieves a lighter, more cost-effective design that also reduces handling complexity.

Superior to the traditional plate and bar cooler thanks to:

  • A simpler design consisting of fewer parts.
  • A light-weight construction.
  • A special product design for water cooling applications.

In addition to the above, AluXstream offers the outstanding quality, flexibility and efficiency required for water cooling applications.

AluXstream is available in a one-shot brazed variant called Full AluXstream which is optimised and customised for highpressure water systems with a 6 bar working pressure – specially designed for the needs of the wind turbine industry.

Cooling medium

  • Mixture of water and ethylene or propylene glycol (minimum 30% glycol)
