AluXsafe
Safety heat exchanger for transformer cooling
AluXsafe is a safety heat exchanger, highly suitable for integration into transformer cooling systems, enabled by its dual-circuit design.
An air chamber separating water and oil eliminates the risk of the two media coming into contact. In the event of a water/glycol leak, the air chamber ensures that the fluid is discharged from the heat exchanger without ever entering the transformer oil circuit, thereby preventing any risk of transformer damage.
Thanks to a full aluminium design and the application of the turbulator technology, AluXsafe offers great benefits compared to conventional heat exchangers in the market.
AluXsafe is available in a one-shot brazed variant called Full AluXsafe. Full AluXsafe offers a robust, leak-resistant design with no welded joints and minimal manufacturing steps, enhancing cleanliness, durability, and overall performance.
